UN Chief Calls for Verifiable Ceasefire in Libya

U.N. chief Ban Ki-moon has called for an "immediate, verifiable cease-fire" in Libya. The U.N. Secretary-General says he spoke to Libyan officials late Tuesday and told them government forces must stop attacking civilians. Ban told reporters in Geneva on Wednesday that there must also be unrestricted access for humanitarian workers trying to deliver aid to those affected by the fighting.
