MINIJUST SPEAKS ON KABUGA & MPIRANY’S CASE

The Rwandan government has called on people with evidence for or against Felicien Kabuga and Major Protais Mpiranya to go and present it before the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda starting May 16 after Trial Chamber III of the Tribunal passed a motion for the preservation of evidence relating to the two fugitives.
The decision, made on March 15 came after ICTR Prosecutor, Hassan Bubacar Jallow requested to preserve evidence regarding the two high profile men by special deposition for a future trial as their warrants of arrest have not been executed.
